Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy is part of and should be read together with our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. Orders with a non-U.S. shipping address may be canceled.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received and accepted. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or for made-to-order items; where a product has an extended lead time, this will be noted on the product page.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the carrier, destination, and the weight and dimensions of your order. The applicable shipping cost will be shown before you complete your purchase. Delivery time estimates provided by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.
Delays
We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for tracking details to update in the carrier's system.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
You are responsible for providing a correct, current, and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned to us due to an inaccurate or incomplete address. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship an order returned for this reason.
Lost, stolen, or damaged shipments
Once title and risk of loss have passed to you, claims for packages lost or damaged in transit should be directed to the carrier. If you believe your order was damaged in transit, please contact us at contact@cal-pt.com and we will do our best to assist.
